IV: judgment

I think people should be generous about others... and kind and compassionate.

not quick to judge from a point of superiority... to put others down to place themselves higher...

I think those that judge others the most harshly are most afraid of looking in the mirror and taking measure of themselves. only when you fully measure yourself in the mirror can you look at others with respect and the humble judgment and courage that comes with possessing human ethics borne of your own life experience and what you know of others

outside a lens of condemnation

just thinking about big brother's bad friends who used their aspd / bpd / npd as justifications for being extremely forbidding and judgmental of others to the severest degree while being overly compassionate and forgiving to themselves.

and who could never accept "their own wrongdoing" and placed the onus of blame always on others

they would also point fingers and say "that's not an excuse, I have X and I can do it no problem, you only can't because you don't want to"

without regards for ppl with the same dx having a diversity of experience
