nobility and strength to face the world

I think we all have diff ways of reconciling with the wretchedness of the world And I'm the kind of shameless egoist that thinks there should be a balance between respecting yourself and not yielding when others want to silence & deny ur victimization WITHOUT proudly poisoning others in the process

or spreading the lie that "NO ONE IN THE WORLD HAS SUFFERED MORE THAN ME!" or the self-depreciation that is narcissistic to the point it seems u believe u r the root of all the world's evils (I am prone 2 the latter but I CLEARLY have not "suffered the most" bc im OBVS alive w all arms and organs)

but I also really am disgusted by the attitude that is like, sticky like molasses or the decay of rotten fruit that clings to you, and the people that think "because there is Only harm in the world, why not wreak harm? lol! Everyone Does It" 🛑 🚫 🫸 hang on a minute there

I think this is why it is essential Not to subjugate yourself even when it makes others more comfortable when YOU are silent abt the harm and horror you've been through. but be humble enough to know: if you are alive enough to speak it, that isn't a privilege everyone gets.

dead men tell no truths.

I fundamentally believe in being free spirited enough to fulfill your hopes and dreams To the extent fulfilling your wish does not poison, seize, subjugate, or terrify others. I think everyone should have hope without denying harm. I HATE those who can only hope bc they don't acknowledge harm

or those who are ruinous and so self-immolated by the harm of the world they want to set Everyone Else on fire and think that's their god-given right. be better than that.

have nobility, honor, humility, loyalty, courage, and strength to face the world in its truth
