if spitfire had the option to get momo extracted from him, he would choose to keep it out of being completely afraid of being abandoned by it / being alone
it causes him a lot of trouble when it wilfully disregards his entire Situation especially socially with his companions and his (unrecommended) beloveds, BUT he is heavily protected by it; without it he would only have paper armor and then die
like heavy armor is very burdensome in a physical looming weight sense
and it takes a lot of resilience to wear it
and sometimes ur sweaty as hell
and fucking suffocated stuffy underneath
and ur pissed off and angry and irritable to be in Fucking Plate Metal in dead ass heat
but if you didn't have it u might take a sword to the heart and die spitfire is like that about momo
